From 1981 onward
Flintlock Powder Keg Blues Band was formed in March 1981 with Mick Harris, Gary Kohrmann, Dave and Clay in the original line-up.
During the early 1980s Flintlock toured with Canned Heat, and Mick Harris also appeared as a guest with artists including Canned Heat and Charlie Musselwhite. A later line-up became Flintlock Blues Raiders and released 309 Boogie, written by Mick Harris and Owen Richards, with a video clip aired on music television.
Flintlock later returned under its original name. The later-era band featured Mick Harris on lead vocals and harmonica, Owen Richards on lead and slide guitar, Gary Kohrmann on bass and Colin Perkett on drums.
1981Flintlock Powder Keg Blues Band formed in Sydney.
1982–84Toured with Canned Heat during their Australian visits.
1986Flintlock Blues Raiders released “309 Boogie”.
Later yearsFlintlock re-formed and continued as a four-piece rhythm & blues band.
